Wagging Happy Tails is a foster-based dog rescue.  That means we do not have one physical headquarters or shelter.  We manage a network of local individuals and families who open their homes to our rescue pups.  Fosters agree to care for our pups temporarily until a forever home is selected by the Rescue for the dog. Our network of fosters works together to give our dogs the best care, socialization and loving environment.  When the Rescue finally selects the adopter for the dog, the dog will have been exposed to a large number of people and situations and received some level of basic training.  We would be unable to function without our network of fosters!!
